Roadside Protect, a leading provider in specialty roadside assistance services announced the launch of the first ever Roadside Protect mobile app to procure a dispatch. This opportunity was developed in 2013 and went live in Q4 with a large insurance partner that allows the customer to have the application on their phone and procure a dispatch without talking to a customer service agent. The mobile app links to Navigator and our capability can be deployed for new clients moving forward. In 2014, our goal is to enhance the app by sending the customer a certificate or discount SKU for savings on a tires, batteries or services working with each individual client on their approved offering.
