Client Services Account Manager
Laurie Emery is the Client Services Account Manager for Roadside Protect. Laurie has extensive experience with such skills as team building, coaching, adaptability, and communication. Drawing on this extensive experience obtained in a wide range of positions, Laurie is able to enhance agent development ensuring client welfare.
Laurie will act as the primary interface for all implementations and operational support activities after the contract is executed. Laurie will provide coordination and direction in all aspects of the implementation phase, current operations, and management staff as needed to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. In addition, Laurie will develop, define, and implement key strategies in addition to providing leadership to the rest of the account team.
