Jim Wohlever
Chief Operating Officer
Jim Wohlever serves as Chief Operating Officer overseeing our critical roadside assistance dispatch operations and ensuring that Roadside Protect lives up to its mission, “No Driver Left Behind”.
Throughout his career, Jim has led customer-focused initiatives that define corporate goals in terms that can be understood by customers, and he has helped align functional areas of companies to better deliver on customer commitments.
Prior to joining Roadside Protect, Jim most recently held the position of Senior Vice President, Customer Experience for Wheels, a leading fleet management company. Prior to Wheels, Jim held various senior leadership positions in Marketing and Insurance products at GE (Partnership Marketing Group) over a period of 17 years. After that, he became Ceridian’s Senior Vice President of Enterprise Account Management where he worked with Ceridian’s largest clients to develop programs to improve retention and growth strategies.
Relative to the roadside assistance industry, Jim has nearly 20 years experience including 7 years with Roadside Protect, and he was president of the GE (General Electric) Motor Club.
In addition to being certified as a Six Sigma Quality Black Belt, Jim holds an MBA from Kellogg GSM, Northwestern University as well as a BS in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.
Jim is married to his wife Therese and has four children, Kelly, Alec, Tracy and Raymond who all live in the Chicagoland area. Jim and Therese love gardening, travel, dining, music and family fun!
