As our Customer Service Representative, you will help customers that need roadside assistance (towing, battery jump start, tire change,etc.).
Every day, you will obtain the situational information to be able to proceed with the dispatching (outbound calls to providers) to set up a service needed.
You will also utilize our provided tools (internal systems, applications) that facilitate our operating procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
