Roadside Protect supports its clients with a world-class management team of executives with previous experience managing the GE Financial Assurance, Allstate Roadside Services, Agero and Signature auto clubs. On average, our senior management group has over 80 years of experience in the customer care industry.

Prior to coming to Roadside Protect, our management team helped build and operate some of the largest and most advanced customer care centers in the world. They helped GE and (formerly) The Signature Group to attain the number one ranking in the JD Power and Associates Roadside Assistance Satisfaction Survey and win the International Customer Service Association (ICSA) Award of Excellence for Customer Service.
