Roadside Protect acquired California based Auto Road Services Inc., which provides roadside assistance for manufacturer and aftermarket products in the automotive industry. Roadside Protect CEO Dean Raschke stated, “this acquisition not only opens up new industries for Roadside Protect but is also strategically aligned to our event marketing program. We can promote ARS clients in the tire, battery, and repair center markets by offering product and service discounts at the time of break down.” ARS President Scott Grove stated, “Roadside Protect will provide new revenue streams and strengthen our client relationships while offering our sales staff more products and services to offer in the marketplace”.
