Responsibilities:
As our Customer Service Representative, you will help customers that need roadside assistance, as well as represent our clients on various other call types including, but not limited to: repair approval & reimbursement, rental requests, insurance claim requests, trip interruption assistance, and claims administration calls
Requirements:
To thrive, you must exhibit empathy for customers who need emergency assistance, be accurate and pay attention to details to be able to recognize the differences in clients’ coverages, be Internet savvy and understand nowadays Internet concepts to apply them when assisting customers, and be a person who is keen on solving problems and taking ownership of his/her work product.
