Roadside Protect, a leading provider in specialty roadside assistance services announced the launch of Text Alert. This notification capability was built using our proprietary Navigator system and toll free telephone number platform. During the dispatch process we capture a members cell number so that we can send text message updates notifying the customer which towing company will arrive and when they are expected to arrive. During the messaging exchange we promote our clients service value to their members. This keeps the customer informed and confident that service is on the way and builds membership loyalty. In 2014 our goal is to provide a discount offer option to our client where their members will be offered discounts on tires, batteries and other services at participating service centers during the service call. Clients can opt-in our out of this offer and select the service partners offering discounts to their members.
