Chief Financial Officer to Join Roadside Protect Executive Team

Most recently, Mr. Annis served as Director of Finance for Virtual Agent Services, Inc. in Schaumburg, managing all financial functions for their North American subsidiaries.

Mr. Annis brings over 30 years experience and knowledge in directing accounting and financial functions. During that time, he has been responsible for all facets of finance including P & L report analysis and trending, job cost allocations, creation of internal accounting and control systems to match the organizations needs, and presenting all finds and recommendations to the Board of Directors. Joseph also has extensive experience working with third party auditors in order to ensure the accuracy of the accounting data as well as to reconstruct historical data to forecast future profitability and risk. Mr. Annis has a Bachelors Degree in accounting from DePaul University and has been a Certified Public Accountant for 20 years.

Reporting to Roadside Protect President Dean Raschke, Mr. Annis will be responsible for the overall financial strategic growth as Roadside Protect begins to expand its roadside assistance offering internationally. Joseph will also work to automate client billing and utilization data systems.
